Monthly/Quarterly Reporting

Whether you’re a small company simply watching revenue and expenses, or a large organization analyzing debt to income ratios, and spend trends we have a monthly or quarterly financial package to meet your needs. Basic packages include Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, budget to actuals, and customization from there! Do you need P&L for a specific event? Do you have organizational investments that require distributions? Are there a lot of capital expenses to depreciate? Work with us to design the package that best suits the company's needs. Each financial package comes with a detailed narrative outlining key financial activity throughout the reporting period and a board summary. The board summary is cash balance, income, and expenses in one spot!

Budgeting

Budgeting is an arduous process and no one's favorite project! We do our best to make this process as easy as possible by creating a Budgeting workbook complete with revenue, expenses, staffing details for the previous year, and year-to-date of the current year to evaluate trends, determine new revenue streams and areas of cost/expense reduction. The final product will result in a budget we can upload into your accounting software to manage the budget to actuals all year long. We also offer budgeting services for events, specific marketing campaigns, capital expenditures, and other areas of growth!

Tax & Audit Prep

Tax and audit season is grueling. Let us do the work for you. With Controller oversight, we prepare all fiscal year-end reporting documents, review for accuracy, and work with your CPA for timely filing. For individuals, we are ETIN and PTIN certified to complete all your filing needs.

During audit season we will prepare necessary schedules to facilitate the completion of the audit procedure. We will work with the CPA to provide all items on the audit prep checklist, and during the audit, assist with any additional support schedules or backup requests.

We offer monthly retainer or a la carte services based on your needs. Are you between CFOs? Is your controller on leave? Our hourly, monthly, or project-based CFO and Controller services will maintain a steady and streamlined transition. These services will cover high-level financial reporting and analytics, identifying trends, and managing staff. These services are tailored to fit the industry and organizational needs. We offer long and short-term contracts!
